Now Hiring - Sales Coordinator in Novi, MI

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve Customer orders (from specific sources; i.e. EDI, Customer Portals, etc.)
• Translate orders (Enter orders into Syteline, create pack slips), email to shipping department (TMA)
• Reconcile shipments (confirm shipped in EDI, mark as shipped in Syteline)
• Maintaining accurate information in company internal portal (Syteline)
• Enter/update customer specific information: Ship to address, part number, unit price

o Support customers as needed for;

Shipment confirmations (MPL, tracking information, etc.)

• Pull ahead requests, order changes
• Communicate between customer and TMA

o Support shipping department (TMA) as needed for;

• Logistics – Late Trucks, Updated routing Instructions, Shipment delays
• Packaging – Shortages in dunnage (returnable packaging)
• Approval for use of expendable packaging (from customer)

o Support accounting department as needed for;

• Request proof of shipment from TMA
• Provide specific shipment information; i.e. proof of shipment, ASN/BOL specific PO number, etc.

o Support Sales Department (Account Managers) as needed for;

• Entry of prototype orders
• Prototype shipping reports and data/evidence

§ To allow Account Managers to complete shipment confirmation within customer portals

o Reports for planned releases with respect to cumulative customer demand when requested by customers
